Welcome, and thank you for playing Alternative Gravity: Rescue Mission (the "Game"). Before you continue, please take a moment to read the following legal notices, credits, disclaimers, and the End User License Agreement set out below. By downloading, installing, accessing, or playing the Game, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms described in this document.
This Game was conceived, designed, developed, programmed, assembled, tested, and published by a single independent developer operating under the name Ozear Productions (the "Developer", "I", "me", or "we", used interchangeably throughout this document for convenience even though the Game is the work of one person). The Game is the product of an individual solo development effort carried out over approximately seven (7) years, from 2019 to 2026. It was not produced by a studio of many people, a large publisher, or a funded team. It is the work of one person who designed the gameplay, built and arranged the levels, wrote one hundred percent (100%) of the programming and gameplay logic, integrated the audio and visual assets, configured the user interface, and prepared the Game for distribution.
This statement of solo authorship is provided deliberately and in good faith so that players, rights holders, reviewers, and any other interested parties understand the context in which the Game was created. As a solo, independent, self-funded project, the Game does not have the resources, quality-assurance departments, legal teams, localization staff, or extended support infrastructure that larger commercial productions enjoy. This context is relevant to the disclaimers, limitations, and good-faith statements that follow, and it should be kept in mind throughout.
The Developer has made every reasonable effort to ensure that the Game is enjoyable, that its contents are properly licensed or originally created, and that this document accurately reflects the manner in which the Game was made. Where the Developer has relied on external assets, those assets and their sources are described below as honestly and completely as the Developer's records allow.
© 2026 Ozear Productions. All rights reserved.
All original content in the Game — including but not limited to the source code, gameplay systems, level design, game design, mechanics, the arrangement and composition of assets, the user interface layouts, the heads-up display ("HUD") elements, original artwork, original models, original textures, original written text, the title, the branding, the logos, and the overall "look and feel" of the Game — is the property of the Developer (Ozear Productions) and is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties, except for those third-party assets and components described in the Credits and Asset Provenance section below, which remain the property of their respective owners and are used under the licenses described therein.
The name "Alternative Gravity: Rescue Mission", the name "Ozear Productions", and any associated logos, marks, or stylized presentations are claimed as trademarks or trade dress of the Developer to the extent permitted by applicable law, whether or not formally registered.
No part of the Game's original content may be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, displayed, performed, sold, licensed, decompiled, reverse-engineered, modified, or used to create derivative works, in whole or in part, without the prior express written permission of the Developer, except as expressly permitted in this document, as permitted by the platform or storefront through which you obtained the Game, or as permitted by applicable law (including any rights that cannot be excluded or limited by agreement).
This Game was created using Unreal® Engine, a game engine developed by Epic Games, Inc. The use of Unreal Engine requires the display of the following attribution, which the Developer includes both to comply with the applicable Unreal Engine End User License Agreement and to give proper credit to the creators of the technology that made this Game possible:
Alternative Gravity: Rescue Mission uses the Unreal® Engine. Unreal® is a trademark or registered trademark of Epic Games, Inc. in the United States of America and elsewhere.
Unreal® Engine, Copyright 1998 – 2026, Epic Games, Inc. All rights reserved.
The Developer is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Epic Games, Inc. The inclusion of the Unreal Engine attribution does not imply any endorsement of this Game by Epic Games, Inc., nor does it imply any responsibility on the part of Epic Games, Inc. for the contents, quality, behavior, or legality of this Game. Epic Games, Inc. retains all rights in and to the Unreal Engine and its associated trademarks. All other trademarks referenced in the Game or in this document are the property of their respective owners.
The Game may also incorporate certain plugins, sample content, starter content, templates, or runtime components that are distributed by Epic Games, Inc. as part of, or alongside, Unreal Engine, and that are licensed for use in projects built with Unreal Engine. Any such components remain subject to the licenses under which they were provided.
The Developer wishes to be as transparent as possible about where the assets used in the Game came from. The following statement is made honestly, in good faith, and to the best of the Developer's knowledge and records.
One hundred percent (100%) of the programming, scripting, gameplay logic, systems, and code in the Game was written by the Developer personally. No programming work was outsourced, copied, or taken from other parties, except for the standard engine functionality, libraries, plugins, and sample/template code that are provided as part of Unreal Engine itself (which are used under the Unreal Engine license described above) and any clearly-licensed open components that ship with the engine. The implementation of the gameplay — the flight model, the physics interactions, the HUD, the menus, the save/load system, the level flow, the user inputs, and all other interactive behavior — represents the Developer's own work.
Throughout the development of the Game, which took place over the course of approximately seven (7) years (from 2019 to 2026), the Developer gathered, selected, and integrated a number of external assets such as three-dimensional models, textures, materials, sound effects, music, and similar content. It is the Developer's understanding, belief, and intention that all such external assets were, at the time they were obtained by the Developer, made available under one or more of the following terms:
The principal external sources from which such assets were obtained include, without limitation:
In addition to the externally sourced assets described above, a substantial portion of the assets used in the Game were:
The Developer relied in good faith on the license terms presented at the time each asset was obtained, and retained those assets for use in the Game on the basis of those terms. Where attribution was requested by an asset's license at the time of acquisition, the Developer has endeavored to provide such attribution; if any required attribution has been inadvertently omitted, the Developer requests to be notified so that it can be promptly added (see Section 12, "Intellectual Property Concerns and Takedown Requests").
The Developer gathered assets over an extended period spanning approximately seven (7) years (2019 to 2026). The Developer recognizes and wishes to make explicit that a content creator or rights holder may, after the time an asset was originally obtained, have changed, revised, revoked, or re-issued the license under which that asset was made available — for example, by changing a license from CC0 to a more restrictive license, by withdrawing the asset, or by altering the terms of use. Such later changes are typically not retroactive as to copies lawfully obtained under the earlier terms, but the Developer cannot exhaustively monitor every external source for subsequent license changes, and does not represent that it has done so.
Accordingly, the Developer's good-faith position is as follows: each external asset incorporated into the Game was, to the best of the Developer's knowledge and records, properly licensed for such use at the time it was obtained. If a license has since changed, or if the Developer's understanding of any particular asset's license was mistaken, the Developer did not act with any intention to infringe, and the Developer is willing to work cooperatively and promptly with any affected rights holder to resolve the matter, including by removing or replacing the asset in question. The Developer therefore invites any content creator, author, or rights holder who believes that their work has been used in a manner inconsistent with its license to make contact (see Section 12), and the Developer will endeavor to address any legitimate concern quickly and in good faith.
The Developer does not claim ownership of any third-party asset. All third-party assets remain the property of their respective creators and rights holders, and are used in the Game under the licenses described above. The inclusion of any third-party asset in the Game does not imply any endorsement of the Game by the asset's creator, nor any affiliation between the Developer and the asset's creator.
Subject to your continued compliance with the terms of this document and with the terms of the storefront or platform through which you obtained the Game, the Developer grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download, install, and play the Game on devices that you own or control, solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment use.
This license is a license, not a sale. You do not acquire any ownership interest in the Game, in its original content, or in any third-party assets incorporated into it. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by the Developer and, as applicable, by the respective owners of third-party assets.
Your rights to the Game are also governed by, and subject to, the end user license agreement, terms of service, and policies of the storefront or platform from which you obtained the Game (for example, the Epic Games Store). In the event of any conflict between this document and the mandatory terms of such a storefront or platform, the storefront's or platform's terms will govern with respect to your acquisition and entitlement to the Game, but this document will continue to govern your relationship with the Developer to the fullest extent permitted.
Except to the extent expressly permitted by this document, by the applicable storefront or platform, or by mandatory applicable law, you agree that you will not, and will not permit, enable, assist, or encourage any third party to:
Nothing in this section is intended to limit any rights you may have that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including, where applicable, rights relating to interoperability or to making backup copies.
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT LIMITS THE OBLIGATIONS THE DEVELOPER HAS TO YOU.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Game is provided to you "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", with all faults, and without warranties, guarantees, conditions, or representations of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.
No guarantees of any kind are provided. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Developer expressly disclaims, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, all implied or statutory warranties and conditions, including but not limited to any implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, title, quiet enjoyment, accuracy, and non-infringement, as well as any warranties arising out of any course of dealing, usage, or trade practice.
The Developer does not warrant, guarantee, or promise that:
No oral or written information or advice given by the Developer, or by any other person, shall create any warranty or in any way increase the scope of the obligations described in this document.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or conditions, or limitations on the statutory rights of a consumer. To the extent such exclusions are not permitted in your jurisdiction, some or all of the above exclusions may not apply to you, and you may have additional rights. In such cases, the Developer's warranties and liabilities are limited to the minimum extent permitted by applicable law.
This Game is intentionally difficult to play, and it may contain bugs. By playing the Game, you acknowledge, understand, and accept the following:
The difficulty of the Game and the possible presence of bugs are part of the product you are choosing to acquire and play. They do not constitute a breach of any obligation owed to you by the Developer, and they are not grounds for any claim against the Developer, except to the extent that any rights you may have cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Although the Game is a work of entertainment, the Developer wishes to provide the following general health and safety information for your benefit:
This health and safety notice is general in nature, is not medical advice, and is not exhaustive. The Developer is not a medical professional. If you have any health concerns, consult a qualified medical professional.
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT LIMITS THE DEVELOPER'S LIABILITY TO YOU.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Developer (Ozear Productions, including the individual operating under that name) be liable to you or to any third party for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages whatsoever, or for any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of goodwill, loss of opportunity, loss of anticipated savings, business interruption, computer or device failure or malfunction, or any other commercial or economic loss, arising out of or in any way related to:
whether such liability is asserted on the basis of contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, breach of statutory duty, or any other legal or equitable theory, and whether or not the Developer has been advised of, or should have been aware of, the possibility of such damages.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the total aggregate liability of the Developer to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the Game or this document, from all causes of action and under all theories of liability, shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount actually paid by you to acquire the Game, or (b) the minimum amount, if any, required by applicable law.
Nothing in this document excludes or limits the Developer's liability for matters which cannot, as a matter of applicable law, be excluded or limited. This may include, in certain jurisdictions, liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and certain statutory consumer rights. Where applicable law does not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, the above exclusions and limitations shall apply to the maximum extent permitted by that law, and your statutory rights as a consumer (if any) are not affected.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Developer (Ozear Productions and the individual operating under that name) from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:
This obligation will survive the termination of your license to the Game.
The Developer respects the intellectual property rights of others and has made a good-faith effort to ensure that all content used in the Game is properly licensed, originally created, or otherwise lawfully incorporated, as described in Section 4.
If you are a content creator, author, artist, or other rights holder, and you believe that your work has been included in the Game in a manner that is not authorized by its license, or that any required attribution is missing or incorrect, please contact the Developer. The Developer welcomes such contact and would much prefer to resolve any concern cooperatively, promptly, and amicably.
To help the Developer respond quickly, please include, where possible:
Upon receiving a credible, good-faith notice, the Developer will review the matter in good faith and will take appropriate action, which may include providing or correcting attribution, replacing or removing the asset in question in a subsequent update, or otherwise working with you to address the concern. The Developer's willingness to cooperate should not be construed as an admission of wrongdoing; rather, it reflects the Developer's intention to act fairly and lawfully and to respect the rights of creators.

The Game may make use of certain platform, storefront, and engine services. For example, the Game is built with Unreal Engine, and may incorporate Epic Online Services and/or crash-reporting or diagnostic functionality that can collect limited technical information (such as crash reports, performance data, or platform identifiers) for the purpose of ownership verification, stability, and platform functionality.
Any collection, use, or processing of data through such platform, storefront, or engine services is governed by the privacy policies and terms of the relevant providers (for example, Epic Games, Inc. and the relevant storefront), in addition to any privacy policy published by the Developer. To the extent the Developer publishes a separate privacy policy for the Game, that policy is incorporated by reference and made available on the Game's store page or by request from the contact address above.
The Developer does not intend to collect personal data beyond what is necessary for the Game and its associated platform services to function, and the Developer does not sell personal data.
All product names, logos, brands, trademarks, and registered trademarks referenced in the Game or in this document are the property of their respective owners. The use of any such name, logo, brand, or trademark is for identification and attribution purposes only and does not imply any endorsement of, affiliation with, or sponsorship by the respective owner, unless expressly stated.
"Unreal", "Unreal Engine", "Epic Games", "Epic Games Store", and "Fab" are trademarks or registered trademarks of Epic Games, Inc. "Blender" is a trademark of the Blender Foundation. "OpenGameArt.org" and "TurboSquid" are the names and/or marks of their respective operators. These parties are not affiliated with the Developer and bear no responsibility for the Game.
The Game is provided as a finished product to the best of the Developer's ability at the time of release. As a solo, independent developer with limited resources, the Developer:
If updates are provided, they may change the behavior, content, balance, difficulty, or performance of the Game. The Developer will endeavor, but is not obligated, to address significant issues where reasonably able to do so.
Any refund of the purchase price of the Game is governed by the refund policy of the storefront or platform from which you obtained the Game (for example, the Epic Games Store). The Developer does not separately process payments or refunds and directs all refund requests to the applicable storefront in accordance with that storefront's policy. Nothing in this document limits any statutory refund or cancellation rights you may have as a consumer under applicable law.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, this document and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or the Game (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Sultanate of Oman, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Sultanate of Oman for the resolution of any such dispute.
Nothing in this section deprives you of the protection of any mandatory consumer-protection laws of the country in which you reside, where such laws apply and cannot be excluded by agreement. Where you deal as a consumer, you may also have the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence, and the mandatory laws of that country may apply.
The Developer encourages you to contact the Developer first (see Section 12) to attempt to resolve any concern informally and amicably before pursuing any formal dispute.
Entire Agreement. This document, together with the terms of the storefront or platform through which you obtained the Game and any separate privacy policy published by the Developer, constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Developer regarding the Game, and supersedes any prior or contemporaneous understandings or agreements regarding its subject matter.
Severability. If any provision of this document is held to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or, if it cannot be so modified, severed from this document, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
No Waiver. The failure of the Developer to enforce any right or provision of this document shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision, and shall not be deemed a waiver of any subsequent breach or default.
No Assignment by You. You may not assign or transfer any of your rights or obligations under this document without the prior written consent of the Developer. The Developer may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under this document, in whole or in part, without restriction.
Headings. Section headings are provided for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of this document.
Survival. The provisions of this document which by their nature should survive termination of your license — including, without limitation, the sections concerning Copyright and Ownership, No Warranty, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Intellectual Property Concerns, Governing Law, and these General Provisions — shall survive such termination.
Interpretation. Words such as "including" and "for example" are illustrative and not limiting, and shall be read as if followed by the words "without limitation".
