This Privacy Policy explains how personal data is handled in connection with the video game Alternative Gravity: Rescue Mission (the "Game"), developed and published by a single independent developer operating under the name Ozear Productions (the "Developer", "we", "us", or "our"), based in the Sultanate of Oman.
The Developer is a solo creator and does not intend to collect, store, or process personal data about players beyond what is strictly necessary for the Game and its distribution platform to function. The Developer does not sell, rent, or trade personal data, and does not use personal data for advertising or cross-context behavioral profiling.
The Game is a single-player title. The Developer does not operate its own servers or accounts for the Game and does not directly gather personal data from players through the Game. Your game settings and saved progress are stored locally on your own device and are not transmitted to the Developer.
The Game is distributed through the Epic Games Store and is built with Unreal® Engine. Even where the Developer does not actively use online features, the distribution platform, launcher, and engine components (including any Epic Online Services components bundled with the Game) may automatically collect or process limited technical information, for example:

If the Game crashes, a crash report containing technical information (such as error data, system specifications, and limited diagnostic details) may be generated and transmitted to Epic Games and/or the platform to help diagnose problems. These reports are not intended to contain personal data, and the Developer would use any such information solely to identify and fix technical issues.
To the extent the Developer receives any technical data (for example, aggregated crash or stability information via the platform), it is used only to:
The Developer does not use such data to identify individual players, to advertise, or for any unrelated purpose.
Where applicable data-protection law (such as the EU or UK GDPR) applies, processing is based on legitimate interests (delivering a working, secure product and fixing faults), the performance of the license under which you obtained the Game, and/or your consent where required. The platform provider is responsible for the legal bases applicable to data it collects.
The Developer does not sell or share personal data for marketing or advertising. Limited technical data may be processed by the Developer's service providers — principally Epic Games, Inc. (store, launcher, engine, and crash reporting) — strictly to operate and support the Game. These providers act under their own terms and privacy policies.
Because the Game is distributed globally through Epic's platform, technical data may be processed in countries other than your own, including outside your region. Such transfers are handled by the platform provider under the appropriate safeguards described in their privacy policy.
The Developer does not maintain its own database of player personal data. Locally stored game data remains on your device until you delete it. Any technical data held by the platform provider is retained according to that provider's retention policies.
The Game is rated suitable for general audiences (IARC 3+). The Developer does not knowingly collect personal data from children. Any data handling by the platform is subject to that platform's policies regarding minors.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data, or to object to processing. Because the Developer holds little or no personal data directly, most such requests should be directed to the platform provider (Epic Games). The Developer takes reasonable care in handling the Game and any limited information it may receive. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and the Developer cannot guarantee absolute security. Data handled by the platform is protected under the platform provider's security measures.
The Developer may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above indicates the latest revision. Continued use of the Game after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman, without prejudice to any mandatory data-protection or consumer-protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
